GLOBE's activities cover Atmosphere and Climate, Water and Hydrology, Land cover and Biology, Soils, and Phenology.  There are also protocols for taking GPS Measurements, a Toolkit of thing you can make and Sustainable Development activities (a GLOBE-UK initiative).  All the activities are curriculum-linked, and are free to download.
