Atmosphere and Climate Protocols

The atmosphere stretches for more than 100Km above our heads and most of it (99%) is calm. However the lowest 10Km – the troposphere is constantly moving. Everything we call weather occurs in the troposphere, because this layer contains the most water vapour. Water vapour means we have clouds, giving us rain and snow - and so weather.
