Maps and Graphs with GLOBE

The GLOBE Programme enables you to produce maps and graphs of students' data from around the world.  You can select the schools, the variables, the time period, the scale, and GLOBE does the rest.

For example, the graph below compares maximum air temperatures at three centres in England.  Clicking on the graph will link you to the main GLOBE server where you can update it, or change the schools, or variables...

The map below shows all the GLOBE schools in the UK in July 2006 (and some in Ireland too).  Clicking on the map will update it, then you can zoom in and out, or explore the rest of the world.

You can also search the database of over 14,000 schools in over 100 countries to find anyone - and anything - that you like!

You can even produce custom made animations if you want (but these take some time to download).

There are also comprehensive tutorials on maps and graphs on the international GLOBE website to show you how to get the data you want.
